Art Work Requirements

You can send your logo or artwork via email to, or upload it with your order. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that your logo or artwork is processed quickly and accurately.

We operate in a PC environment. Mac users please convert the file to an Adobe Illustrator file (.eps), version CC or lower. Make sure you convert all text to curves.

Ideally, all logo images should be vector artwork (not bitmapped/raster) and saved in Adobe Illustrator as an EPS (encapsulated PostScript) file. Make sure you convert all text to outline. Due to differences in printers and monitor calibrations, colors in proof may differ from actual imprint. Therefore, if your artwork is in color, please specify the PMS color used. (Pantone Matching System color chart)

The following file formats are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator CC (.eps or .ai)
PDF (From vector native file)

What is not acceptable for a sharp image:
Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, TIF and BMP do not produce clean images. In some cases, bitmapped files, (such as JPG, TIFF and BMP files), may be acceptable if the original image is large and at a resolution of at least 300dpi. If you are providing bitmap files (raster), images should be at 100 percent of actual imprint size in Adobe PhotoShop CC(.psd).

Faxes, photocopies, business cards & letterheads are NOT considered camera ready.

Don't worry, if you are unfamiliar with any of these alphabet soup terms, just give us a call and we can help you with your artwork preparation. Our graphics department is able to clean up your artwork if you are not able to provide graphics in a suitable format and quality for production. Generally this service is FREE, however charges can apply based on the complexity of your logo and the condition of the artwork you provide us. We will of course let you know before any work starts.
